Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
check out their website. whatever

Customer Service:
the second time i ordered stuff i had big problems. the stuff never arrived. i dropped more than three hundred dollars worth of parts. the last parts for my bike before i was gonna take it on a 1200 km one way trip. i waited the six weeks it was supposed to take and nothing had arrived. i did the trip on my old singlespeed. when i got to the end i politely emailed them for six weeks and the only reply i got was a faq.
they wouldnt even track the parcel. they totally ripped me off and made that 1200 km trip really fcuking hard instead of normal hard like it should have been. (i did it in six legs). i'm a hardcore rider and i got ripped off by icycles usa. if you're like me then dont risk it. especially if you're from overseas where you cant do anything about it.

Other Comments:
i had a small successful order so i put in another one for 300 dollars.
it never arrived and they wont answer my emails. notice how they dont have a telephone number on their website?
the lack of replies to my straightforward queries makes me think that they dead set ripped me off. i cant afford to buy those parts twice and now i have a useless racer sitting in my workshop and i have to use the old bikes. these guys burned me.
