Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
Tried to price smash a set of Crank Brothers pedals only to be told that they can't do it because the system won't let them. Really lame, why bother have price matching program if you can't even do it.

Shop Summary:
Well, I'm 1 and out on Cambria. I bought a pair of Deore LX shifters, and when they arrived they had quite obviously been taken off a bike and had been lightly used. That's fine except Cambria intentionally failed to disclose this info in the product description. These shifters were clearly intended to be seen as new from the manufacturer, and they obviously aren't. That's straight-up lying folks.

Shop Summary:
In ordering and picking up a custom-built wheel (Mavic XM819 with Rohloff hub!) I spoke with several people in both the Cambria and San Luis Obispo stores. Everyone was helpful and seemed pretty sharp. They slightly messed up my order but made the effort to get it all right as quickly as possible. I felt that I got a great deal for the rim, hub and custom build, $1130 total. I've put several hundred miles on the wheel; it is still true and I haven't even heard a single creak from it.

Customer Service:
They seemed knowledgeable and interested in doing a good job. They made two mistakes on my order. One part was missing and the total charge was not what we'd agreed to. They person who quoted the original price was not available. They got the missing part ASAP and without much discussion they corrected the pricing to what I'd expected.
