Largest Bike shop in the UK. They have everything at great prices!
Long way to go but faster service than most shops in the USA. Most orders take about a week. No tax, no VAT, and free shipping on orders ove $215 USD, (changes with currency).
Great webssite with tracking, and account info. Create own account.
Excellent customer service!
Only drawback is if you have to return something thats your fault shipping is costly. However cheaper prices and no tax makes up for it. They take care of shipping on warrenty items and their mistakes.

Shop Summary: They have good prices if you live in the UK or Europe.
Customer Service: I made a decent sized order. I was a little worried about buying from the UK, as I live in the US. They shipped me 3 seatposts and I only ordered 1. I tried to get them to let me return it. They wanted me to pay for shipping and the export tax. I already got stuck with a $70 import tax, that I didn't know about. They never mentioned that when they were taking my order. I was excited about getting a $100 seatpost for $30. It kind of sucked to get 3 for $90. I understand that any company can make mistakes but when they e-mailed me they were rude and wouldn't own up to it. I bought thru them to save money and ended up spending an extra $110!! I wouldn't go thru them again. I've made several orders thru jensonusa.com and they were great.

Shop Summary: Best customer service experience ever. And believe me, I'm in the customer satisfaction business...
Customer Service: I had a problem with a shipment and these guys took care of it immediately. Because I'm in the US I was worried about doing business with a comany as far away as Great Britain. These guys were awesome and I have no concerns at all about doing business with them again in the future. A+!

Shop Summary: I have no idea why people bother looking elsewhere for anything to do with bikes. I frequently see items for sale at Chain Reaction Cycles at prices cheaper than the same used parts go for on ebay!
Also you WILL NOT find a shop with faster delivery (also free) anywhere on the net. I can order a part here in Scotland and CRC can have it on my doorstep the next morning. No small feat considering it has the small matter of the Irish Sea to cross.
Customer Service: Customer service, on the rare occasions that you'll use them are second to none. I ordered a frame from them that came with a shock other than the one it was listed with, but still a top-of-the-range shock. I called CRC and they gave me £80 in vouchers to compensate me.
Other Comments: Trust me, online bike shops don't get any better than this.

Customer Service: Outstanding! Always give the customer the benefit of the doubt! They know we are far away they want our business and work extra hard for it!
Other Comments: Don be scared to shop across the pond. Better selection, lots of stuff not available in the USA. Best prices, No tax or VAT, Free shipping on orders over $215.oo US. This amount varies by a few dollars with exchange rate.
Shipping to me in Northerrn California in usually less than a week. Faster shipping than other shops on the East Coast of the US.
