Shop Summary:
I have ordered wheelsets from this site twice so far and both have times have been very satisfied with my experience. They were built beautifully and properly tensioned. It is easy to see that everyone there takes their job seriously. The first wheelset I ordered was a basic Shimano Deore hub laced to a Rhyno Lite rim. The other and more recent set was their Pure XCR hubs with DT Swiss 5.1d rims. This wheelset came out awesome and I love the sound and quality of the hubs. Top notch stuff from these guys.

Customer Service:
After receiving the first wheelset I had some questions and ended up talking with Chris through e-mail. He was very helpful and willing to make things right. I had an issue with the seams on the rim and he was glad to look at some pictures I sent and talk me through what was going on and even said that the they would refund or exchange the wheels if there was an issue! Response time was also quick.

Other Comments:
Great place to deal with and they build some quality wheels at great prices. Can't beat that!
