Shop Summary:
Spoken Trail offers a great selection of outdoor equipement, however they have a very small selection of cycling gear and limited amount of bikes. The shop's main focus is not cycling, it is outdoor gear, which ok, however I would suggest not taking your bike there to get worked on or to order any gear if you want it in a hurry.

Shop Summary:
The employees at this shop have little knowledge of bikes. This place seems to be a ski and outdoor shop with a bike section with poor selection. Dont waste your time and gas visiting here unless you enjoy paying full retail on over priced outdoor clothes.

Customer Service:
Nice people but it doesnt matter if they have zero bike knowledge.

Shop Summary:
The above review is correct. I lived down the street from this place since it opened. They have some great outdoor gear if you got the $$$. Don't waste your time with the people that work there they have no real knowledge on bikes.

Customer Service:
Nice folks, just don't know squat about bikes.

Shop Summary:
Spoke and Trail isn't really even a bike shop. It's an overpriced ski shop for rich people. No one there really knows much about bikes.

Customer Service:
Good. They are pretty decent at what they do.

Other Comments:
If you want some outdoor sports equipment or trendy clothes and don't mind paying a premium then this is the shop for you. If you want a bike shop then look elsewhere.
