Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
John, Rose, and the rest of the crew run a great shop, with a good selection of bikes and very good fitting and service. They regularly support the Arctic Bike Club, Wombats, and the rest of the cycling community in Anchorage. I've bought four bikes here for my self and family and sent several friends, and we've all been pleased with our bikes. They provide excellent technical service, and this is the shop I bring my bikes to when I've exhausted my repair abilities. Customer Service:
Excellent, they are happy to take the time to explain options, and don't bring an elitist attitude.

As far as I am concerned this is Anchorage's best shop.John,Rose and all the other people who work there are very knowledgeable.Sevice is always first class,allthough you may pay more for buying local I support this shop every chance I get. Customer Service:
