Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Shop reps Jamis, Marin, and some other brands of bikes. Prices are OK, but don't expect bike repairs performed with any more skill than a big box retailer like Sports Authority.
Customer Service: I bought a Marin East Peak there and discovered pretty quickly that they didn't tighten up the headset or the rear quick release before sending it out the door. When I took it back for a new rear rotor (bent when the loose rear wheel cocked in the frame), they told me that the QR must have snagged on something, not because they didn't tighten it down. Of course, they told me after they installed the new rotor that it was mine to pay for. What also bugged me was when I watched them install the new rotor, they didn't tighten it down properly. Took it home and torqued the bolts down in the right order.
Needless to say, I'll take the bike somewhere else from here on out.
