Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Nice store... bad service... unhelpful manager with an attitude. Customer Service: Terrible,
I went there to get a new inner tube and some accessories for a bike I just purchased from them. I asked for the old inner tube so I could repair it later, but they did not give it to me. The salesman was "low talker" I had no idea what he was saying or trying to get across. I bought the inner tube he recommend, but when I examined the valve stem later it appeared to be an old one as the threads were all marred up. The presto adapter would not fit on to the valve stem with the marred thread and would not take air, I had to take it back to the shop a week later.
A manager was there when I took it back for a second time, he said they don't recommend that type of tube, and said "no one at his shop should have recommend it" Then he charged me again for a repair they "f'd" up the first time.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: One visit to Ordinary was too many.
I purchased bike rack parts from Ordinary. One part was marked $22.99, the other was marked $16.99 which I discovered after getting them home. I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged $22.99 for both parts. I returned to the store with receipt and packaging from both parts requesting a refund. I was told the lower price label was old and refused the refund. No one runs a business this way.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Easily the best bike shop in town. I have been riding in Tucson for 20+ years and have run the gauntlet of bike shops around town and Ordinary Bike Shop is hands down the best shop.
I have no idea what "sarajo" is talking about. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, and every time I have taken my bike in to get fixed (I am hard on my bikes so I am constantly fixing or replacing something) they have always had my bike finished when they said they would, in fact most of the time they give me a call before it's supposed to be ready!
I own 6 bikes and 5 of them have come from Ordinary. I guess I am a sucker for good products and great prices.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and avoid the "big box" shops in town, Ordinary is the way to go. Customer Service: Great customer service, everyone down there really knows their stuff. Other Comments: Great prices, great products, and if you need to special order anything they do so really quickly.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I'm really surprised at the 2 previous reviews. I had been warned not to seek out Ordinary by several bicyclist friends who had been overcharged and bullied into buying new things that they didn't need from Ordinary. However, I like to support independent shops and went against my better judgment. I had had a few decent tune-ups there, and it is in the funky part of downtown--how could it be bad?
My decision to buy a new bicycle there turned into a 4 month, painful ordeal/nightmare. I bought a brand new Bianchi commuter that, a week after taking it home, had a bizarre surging on both wheels and brakes that sounded like a train when I stopped. I took it back to get it checked out and was informed that yes, the manufacturer had put faulty wheels on, and they would take care of it for me through Bianchi. I left town for a month, being told that it would be there for me when I returned.
When I came back, they had not called Bianchi, and they informed me that if they had to build new wheels for me that were an 'upgrade', I would be charged the difference. Their attitude throughout this was snotty, talking to me as though I were an eight year-old that didn't know a bike from a giraffe. I left the bike for repair and was told that I'd be called. Over the next 3 weeks, I was never called by them. I called exactly six times to get the status of my bicycle. Each time, nobody knew what was going on. ONce: we're waiting to hear from Bianchi. Second: BIanchi won't give us new wheels. Third: It'll be done by Wednesday. Etc, etc.
Long story short, I had to call and be a total jerk on the phone to finally get my money back. I hated doing it, it's not like me. But in the end, I knew that I was getting ripped off and would get some random wheels that they would throw on. I ended up threatening them with small claims court (this is my sixth phone call, mind you) and they gave me a full refund, staring me down the whole time I was in the shop. Awful, a really bad feeling. I hated to do it. But now I have my money and will shop for a bike at a shop that I trust and hear good things about. Be warned.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Great service with No BS. They don't try to sell you a bunch of extra crap you don't need. They are a Jamis dealer which makes a great bike for the money. The only negative I can come up with is their selection of bikes on the floor. Not many to choose from but they will order anything you want.
