You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
Lowkey, laidback, accomodating shop in downtown Flagstaff.

Customer Service:
Brice is the best. I would rather deal with him than most other folks in town. Highly recommended...

Been there once

Shop Summary:
We were in Flag for the Flagstaff-Munds-Sedona ride. Prior to our taking off we checked out a couple of the cycle stores in town. It was only by chance we happened to see AZ Bikes, naturally we had to stop in and 'kick some tires'. Summary: It may be a small shop in a small town, but it offers a massive selection of truly top quality products. The floor items were squared away, orderly, clean, and displayed in a systematic way. You won't find flash like background music and free coffee- simply down to earth high quality units being offered.

Customer Service:
Everyone entering the store is greeted immediately with a verbal 'hello' and a friendly smile. What a concept!

I can't comment on 'after sale' customer service as our visit didn't include a purchase. However, I noted installation and/or adjustment was openly offered with many of the sales. This is not the policy of the store where I normally buy parts ... and am charged hourly rate to put air in a tire.

Other Comments:
I admit my observation was only a snapshot in time, but it was one of the highlights of our visit to Flag and the trails of the area. Speaking of which, the salesperson at AZ Bikes provided us with maps and insight as to the local trails.

Shop Summary:
Good selection, especially for how small the floor room is. Many different brands and prices. If you buy a bike there you supposedly get free tuneups for life of that bike. very decent prices.

Customer Service:
They aren't the smartest... The GT Aggressor I bought there said it had a 6061 aluminum frame with a giant sticker, but the employee said it was steel. He also accidentally snapped my mom's Debit card in half, it was already cracked though. It seemed like it might have been within his first week for that job, he seemed real nervous too. They are very nice though. I won't rate bad on this though, because how nice and friendly they were.

Other Comments:
Good prices.

Shop Summary:
Good product selection, some of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Bryce is outstanding to deal with.

Customer Service:
Mixed. Some are great, others are just plain knuckleheads.

Other Comments:
Overall good shop, but the customer service could be better.

Shop Summary:
Friendly atmosphere and decent deals. They have hooked me up many a time and given a lot of my friends good deals. They sell top notch bikes and equipment.

Customer Service:
Always friendly and my bikes get the best tune-ups there versus anywhere else I have ever taken them in Flag. Afterhours hangin in the back and have a coupe of beers after an afternoon ride.

Other Comments:
My favorite shop!
