Shop Summary:
Small shop. Great location - ride at the head of major trail systems. Great coffee. Have all your BASIC needs covered for mountain biking.

Customer Service:
The guys at Bike and Bean were fantastic!! They took plenty of time to tell us about the local trails and gave out free, detailed trail maps. The high-end rental bikes are excellent and well maintained. We rented for a few days and they tuned the bikes up every night. They also adjusted the shock pressure for each rider's preferences. Do not let their relaxed attitude fool you. They are a well-organized operation. A great bunch of guys who just love to ride. Thank you Bike and Bean!

Other Comments:
We were NOT there during the peak season.

Shop Summary:
Wonderful location. It is just across the street from great bike trails.
Friendly and helpful employees.
The bikes we rented were not in good shape. The chain and derailleurs had problems and the shocks squeaked.

Customer Service:
They were very helpful and spent a long time showing us trails nearby. Their advice on trails was great.
Unfortunately, they aren't as careful about the bikes. They didn't offer to help fit the bikes to us and the bikes were not i great shape.

Other Comments:
If your going to rent a bike in Sedona, try other bike shops and look around for bikes in good shape. I don't suggest renting from Bike and Bean, but maybe their higher end bikes are in better shape.

Shop Summary:
Full service bike shop and coffee bar with great rental fleet and awesome customer service.

Customer Service:
Everyone at Bike & Bean was super friendly and treated me like I was a regular, even though it was my first time there. They really know what customer service means.

Other Comments:
I visited the shop to rent a bike and go riding for a few hours. While they checked it out and put on my pedals, they made me a terrific latte. Tony gave me trails suggestions and a map and took his time talking with me. They even set up sag for me, etc. and sent me on my way.

Their map and trail descriptions were perfect. After I was done and returned to the shop, I hung out for a little while at the coffee bar, while they returned my pedals, etc. and got recommendations on places to eat, as well as other trails to visit next time, etc. I purchased a few items and even got a discount on my overall bill.

The atmosphere at Bike & Bean is what Sedona is all about, as far as I'm concerned. No hurry, friends of all bikers, and killer coffee.
