Shop Summary:
I took an old GT mountain bike in this shop, the bike had been sitting for 3yrs outside. I paid this shop to do a tune up and it was like brand new, they even replaced some cables for me for free. They are very knowledgable as well. Great shop!!

Shop Summary:
Paragon has their act together, when they say something will get done, consider it done. Most bike shops I've dealt with, put me in the position of making sure parts I needed were ordered and work I needed was done on time. Paragon is the opposite, all I do is drop off my bike or ask for a part and I know it will get done, no questions, no worries. If they don't have it, they can get it, if they can't get it, well, that hasn't happened yet.

Customer Service:
The most customer service oriented shop in the valley. I've never had a better relationship with a bike shop than with Paragon. I use the word relationship because YOU WILL WANT TO GO BACK.
