Shop Summary:
I usually got to the Chandler store, Never again!!!!!!

Customer Service:
These people are a joke including the manager. There techs in the back are a bunch of punks with bad attitudes just trying to make a buck. I have taken all my bikes here in the past. Keep in mind, I live in Surprise and make the drive out there because I used to get great service.

Shop Summary:
Once upon a time, Performance bike showed the promise to bring bicycling to masses. Offering quality bikes at competitive prices and a williness by it's staff to share information with the customers without the condensending tone that is sometimes received at a LBS, Performance Bike was definitely going to be the business model to replicate in the next century. Unfortunately, a few years ago, Performance went corporate and stopped hiring bicycling professionals. Instead you will find retirees or anyone else willing to work for minimum wage to provide you information on your first bike. In addition, their choice of product went from all major manufacters to just their internal labels, Forte and Spin Doctor. This shop like all Performance bike shops is just another McDonald's on the corner. Nothing to differiante itself from a tough market.

Customer Service:
If you want to call it that, yeah Performance provides customer service. Eventually the staff members will stop chatting with each other, come over to the register, ask you if you are a member, ring you up and take your money. Just don't ask any questions about production location or product brands other than Forte and Spin Doctor. They do not know.

Other Comments:
Other than fixing a flat tire, which will take them 3 days, because they are always backlogged, Performance outsources all of their bike repairs. Don't believe me? Watch the shop and let me know if you see them doing any other repairs other than flat repairs and bike adjustments for a new sale?

Shop Summary:
I read all the reviews on the performance shop. I speak only of the performance store in Scottsdle on Northsight. I literally came in off the mountain tril funky dirty my hair looked like I had just stuck my hand in a light socket. Sometime my friends try to call me buckwheat but I dissuade them of the idea lol. anyway I was having bike problems, and all the salesmaen were busy, one of the techs came out of the store worked on my bike. Then spent a LOT of time answering my questions, not caring what I look like, and yes I told them i was not going to buy a bike. For this reason even thought I could save $199 online, I am purchasing a GT I-drive % from them.
they were good to me people, and I did not look the part of a rich scottsdalian.
Peace

Customer Service:
ustomer service was exempliary, fixed and adjusted my bike, in short order.

Shop Summary:
Good prices if the stuff is on sale. ALWAYS check the Performance online price and they've been good about matching it. Shop is clean, selection looks good. I do feel pretty much on my own when I visit and need to be sure I know what it is I am looking for. Clearly, they are there to move bikes. Spent 2K on a carbon road, which I think is significant, but did not get the personalized care that I would like. When I picked it up had to ask to get fitted... Again, prices can be pretty darn good. You can save on shipping costs by having stuff delivered to the store.
I like the Performance member club because it's paid off for me.

Customer Service:
One guy in the store has taken some time. Otherwise, they do come across as though they're bothered to be asked. As a new roadie, I had lots of questions... I will not buy my MTB there.
I guess it matters who you might be talking too on that particular day. I now do my research extensively before I walk in to the store.

Other Comments:
Prices can be good. Perf Membership works for me. I go back, but do not plan on buying another bike from them.
