The employees are friendly, helpful and concerned hat the used bike that I brought in was safe and adjusted. Very reasonable service charges. Other Comments: Worth the trip from Wickenburg!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I go here for tubes, I have always found these guys to be helpful, I'll agree with the person that the manager (or at least the one whome I've seen there) holds back the other employees. I've asked about pedals, brakes, wheels, and every time he stops the other employees from looking up prices. He says once I decide on buying them, then they will research it. Well, I'm not going to blindly buy something without knowing the price first, and if I'm asking about the prices in the first place, that gives a pretty good hint that I'm interested in purchasing the product. I mean, that statement is so confusing on so many levels.
I've never had them work on my bike, but a couple of the guys that work there seem to know their stuff. Their selection is basically Specialized, Trek and G. Fisher. No problem with that, but it also means that their acccessories stick to the same: Specialized and Bontrager tires/tubes, seats, grips, etc. Drive train components...they have a limited selection of the previously mentioned companies, but beware if you want to order something in (see above).
Overall, I only go there if I need tubes or gloves or something small like that. Otherwise, to Rage I go!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I don't know as every time I have gone there no one provides much assistance. Customer Service: Pitiful. The employees seemed eager to provide service however they were handcuffed by the store's manager (Scottsdale Rd. & Shea site). I went in to purchase a Specialized Era for my wife as a surprise but was told that once it leaves the door it's mine...I purchased the bike from DNA Bike as a result and highly recommend them. RAGE is my shop for my Titus and had they inventoried a WSD mtb I would have gone there. What kind of commitment to the customer is it when you simply want to buy a $2500 bike as a surprise but if it didn't fit, "it's mine"? Other Comments: Won't deal with Landis...in fact I pass it by on my way to RAGE or DNA.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The shop was clean and well organized, well lit with a good selection of bikes and accessories. Customer Service: Poor: I walked into this facility on 08 Jan 2008. There were four employees behind the counter. One in the phone, two working on bikes and one talking to the lady working on a bike: After 15 minutes in the store looking at a Trek Navigator 3, pulling it out, got on it and putting it back. Not one person asked if I needed assistance. Admittedly I am a 50 year old male and overweight, but I had a $1000.00 in my pocket to spend. When a 20 something blond walked in, two people immediately assisted her in buying a water bottle. I took my money and left without a word, assuming their after sale customer service must be like their pre-sale service. I do not recommend this shop. Bob –Mesa AZ Other Comments: Their technical Expertise rating is solely based on the work I observed being performed on the bikes in the shop. They appeared to have all the applicable equipment skill to perform the tasks at hand. I do not know of their knowledge as no one spoke to me.
