Racer Shop Summary: When you first walk into the shop it is like most shops. Lots of new bikes. Mostly BMX and cruisers (chandler shop). Not too much variety of Mt Bikes or components. While they can order anything you want (good luck getting what you want). Over all the Shop is plain. Customer Service: SUCKS, SUCKS, SUCKS, did I mention it SUCKS.
In todays world to set your shop appart from others is Customer Service. The only good person at this shop is Tim, but he is so over worked that he can not always be there when needed. The rest of the crew doesn't talk amongst each other regarding customer orders/repairs, etc. While thier technical expertise is Avg at best, they will throw what ever is lying around. so bet VERY careful when picking up your bike that the right parts are on it that you ordered/requested.
The Ahuwatukee shop is the worst, that is if you can get the guys to pull themselves away from the TV and/or thier chating to help you. They are very arogant and talk down to every customer. (epecially Fish). I am amazed this shop can stay in business.
Other Comments: I am done with this shop, I used to be a very loyal customer, spending at least $1500 or more per year at the shop. But after this last incident where my bike was in the shop for 4 weeks (no customer follow-up, promises of I will call you back, etc, etc). The bike was never fixed, the part was on order or so they said. I picked up my bike took it to a compeditor and by the next day it was fixed and I was riding my bike again.
The part that Cactus said was broken was not the issue at all. The new shop found other issues caused by previous repairs, i.e. incorrect brake pads installed in Avid brakes, etc.
So now not only did Cactus loose a loyal customer, they now also lost good PR. Now I will be telling all of my friends, fellow Racers, and my web blog to NOT GO TO CACTUS BIKE.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This is the best bike shop i have ever been to- hands down. And i've never heard anyone go to this shop and walk away unhappy with them. Fish takes care of people like they are family. That is the best way to put it- you feel like family. Customer Service: This is my story of the first time i ever called Cactus:
I had a bike that needed a new fork. So i bought a downhill fork on Ebay. It was coming in on Friday thru FedEx and Saturday i was going to Sunrise. I scheduled with Fish that i would bring him the fork and the bike before 2pm and he would have the bike reday by 5pm. Well FedEx screwed up that day and delivered tot he wrong house, went back and got the package and wouldn't deiver it to me. They said i could pick it up from them when the driver got back to the yard. The driver wouldn't be back till 5:30! They wouldn't let me find the driver in town and get it from him personally. So i called Fish and explained the situation. Understand that Fish has never met me. I have never bought anything from them. Not even the fork i am asking him to stay late and install!
I did not show up a Cactus Bike until 6pm. I walk in and give him the package. Within an hour it's attached and a tuneup. He charges me for the tune up, and not for the fork install! I thank him over and over and he tells me as he locks the door, 'Just tell your friends.'
Other Comments: I don't think i can add anything else. You won't be dissapointed.
