You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
I like the bikes they carry. The shop is small, but adequate. Good layout, but work area is a bit crowded.

Customer Service:
issue 1: They wouldn't warm up to me until they saw I was interested in buying a bike. Even afterwards, still viewed me as a "shopper," not a friend/rider.

issue 2: Bought bike at full price ($3k). I asked for a small discount some accessories at point of sale. I got nothing.

issue 3: Bike was poorly/dangerously built. Handlebars and stem came loose on my first ride. Not sure how many others are built with this quality.

issue 4: Rear shock broke under warranty, so I brought the bike in. When I came to pick up the bike, I got a bill...they decided to put on a new chain, full retail plus labor, no phone call before work was done. I made them take it off (I can do this myself, much cheaper).

issue 5: really comes back to how they treat shoppers, customers, etc. I worked in a bike shop for 5 years, this is a poorly managed shop based on my experience. Go to Brown & Higley for a better experience.

Shop Summary:
This is a follow up review to my review from a few days ago..........

I wanted to post again to be fair. I needed a part that the other shop didn't have in stock so I went to DNA. My experience with the owner and the wrench in the back were completely different from my other experiences.

I don't know why. Maybe he just needs to see your face a few times, maybe I was more friendly, who knows.

Customer Service:
C/S was excellent this time around. They got me my part, chatted a bit about riding and how to use it and I even went back that same day for a tire. All good!

Shop Summary:
Decent shop. I have no complaints with the stuff they carry. A small shop can't carry everything, nor would I want them to. Then they would be like a bike walmart.

Customer Service:
Shop owner not unfriendly, but doesn't give me warm fuzzy's when I shop there, that's for sure. He seems somewhat put off towards customers unless you're asking about a new bike. I have seen this at a few shops in the valley so I'm not surprised, I just avoid this shop for now on and go to a much, much more customer orientated shop just a few miles down the road (higley and brown). If you've been to both and dealt with both owners you know what I'm talking about.

Shop Summary:
Clean shop, nice selection of bikes, and accessories

Customer Service:
Below average. The guys who runs the shop is not very friendly it seems unless you spend a lot of money. He seemed to know what he was talking about but made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions. I felt like I needed to buy a bike to get info from him.

I wont mention the name of the bike shop I go to now, but I like to just stop by and BS with the guys. They understand how to treat their customers.

Shop Summary:
I moved to Mesa almost four years ago and this was the first shop i found. The first time i went in i was very impressed with their knowledge of every product in their shop. My family has purchased around fifteen bikes from this shop and have never been let down. We plan to keep purchasing from this shop until they lock us out.

Customer Service:
Customer service is always amazing. The shop is laid out in a very organized and fluid setup. Everything is visible and easy to acesses. The Manager Don is very knowledgable and always greets us by our first names every time he sees us, on the trail, in the street, and in the shop.

Other Comments:
DNA is the most professional shop in the valley, they will help you out no matter what your biking needs.
