Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: +1 On the previous reviews. I have been going to this shop for the past year just buying little things here and there. I decided to buy a SC Blur XC from them a couple months ago and they have always been on top of their game when it came to customer service before and after I bought the bike. Shop is clean stocked with all kinds off goodies, and great bikes. I would recomend this shop to anyone.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: When I decided to purchase a Santa Cruz Superlight, I visited the 3 Santa Cruz dealers in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The first 2 were a joke with very few of any of the Santa Cruz bikes in stock or on display. ( One dealer I had to help navigate the Santa Cruz website to get a price quote)...The last dealership I visited was Adventure Bicycles in Gilbert, Az. Now THIS is a bike shop. It was small but clean, well organized, and with many Santa Cruz bicycles on display. The employees there knew their stuff and it was obviously a popular shop by the number of customers always there. They did not have a Superlight with the color and equipment I wanted so I ordered it from Brad on Saturday, and Rode it out of the store the following Thursday. The bike was also assembled very well, and I didn't have to correct any build mistakes, or sloppy assembly normally made by most shops. All said, I would recommend the shop to anybody especially if looking for a Santa Cruz in the Phoenix area. Don't waste your time on the other 2 poseur shops. 5 flaming chili's to this shop. Customer Service: excellent Other Comments: Great shop. One of the best in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Shop is loaded with goodies for all disciplines of riding. Very clean. Customer Service: Customer service is outstanding, above and beyond that of any other shop I've been to. They don't try to push you into anything you don't need or can't afford. I don't live in AZ. any more and I really miss that shop.
