Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Shop is well set up, as soon as I walked in someone was there to help. It's one of the few shops where I didn't feel I was being pressured into buying a bike, or pushed toward a higher priced bike. Customer Service: I have been in this shop once or twice, the last time I was in there I received superior customer service. The guy I spoke to really knew his stuff. I ride mountain right now, and I'm on the search for a road bike. I told the guy at the store (blonde, curly hair) that I'm new to the whole road thing, so he proceeded to go through the entire process about what I needed to know about the sport...component differences, difference in bikes, shoes I would need. He even told me he didn't want to fit me for a bike until I had some bike shorts on, so that I could get a true feel for the bike while I was on it. I thought that was a fantastic idea. I'm going back there today to test some bikes, because of the supreme service I recieved the last time I was there, even though he knew I wasn't buying that day.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: After getting 3 fittings from 3 other shops around town and still not feeling right on my bike I decided to give Focus Cyclery a try. Their employees were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating, and after taking a bunch of measurements and swapping out some parts I've finally got that nice fit that I always hear other people talking about. With more leg power and much better comfort I'm riding faster and smoother than ever before. They really take care of you and your bike at this shop, and they are very careful and meticulous with everything they do. Oh, and they're not snobs either lol, it's good to know there is decent service out here afterall :) Customer Service: The best in AZ! Other Comments: Great fittings, great service, awesome selection, focus will be getting all of my business from now on.

Racer Shop Summary: Great shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. These guys know what they are talking about and the repairs and other services are done when asked ad in a professional way. Wide selection of high-end merchandise and guys who actually ride the stuff and not just talk about riding. Great vibe, you feel like you are actually in a bike shop and not some direct buy shop with no flavor.
Customer Service: They have always ordered my things in a timely manner. In my opinion it is better then buying g through mail order as they at focus take the time to make sure it is on right and when you break it they know who you are and take the time to make it right through warranty replacement.
Other Comments: I heard through the grape vine that some douche was dirting my favorite shop on here so I came to check it out. I then read said douches comments to "3 on your side" and have to say any douche who has to take his "upgraded bike" to the shop to get a tube replaced clearly he didn't actually upgrade his bike but went out and bought a new more expensive bike and is looking for Focus to make up the difference. No one who has made "numerous upgrades to his bike" but doesn't know how to change a flat.
The real deal on focus is they are a great shop with great support and the best product. Take it from some one who actually rides bikes every day and lives in the saddle and not some douche who sues for $1300 over a $450 bike who doesn't know how to change a freaking tube.

Racer Shop Summary: Great vibe with cale, jessie and mike; feel free to come in and shoot the stuff for a while or get set up on a cannondale, if, look, or quintana roo. selection of both high end and mid range priced road, mountainbikes, and cruisers ensure youll find what you need.
Customer Service: Now I wanted to adress the review written by "arizonabikerider".
to quote him he says "do the right thing".
I know this story because the guys at the shop gave me weekly updates on the shenanigans of "arizonabikerider". yes you brought your bike in for service, and yes it was stolen from behind the shop while it was waiting to be serviced.
the truth is you had a 2005 rockhopper stolen that retailed for $550 three years ago, and focus offered to replace it with an equivalent cannondale. you agreed to that, the boys at the shop orderd your bike because they didnt have it in stock, then you came back to them and said you wanted another specialized and not the cannondale.
so again the shop accomodated you and since they werent a specialized dealer were forced to call another shop and have a new rockhopper ordered. you came in after that demanding $1300 cash because you bought another bike somewhere else. and you filed a court claim for your $550 bike that was in the process of bieng replaced.
dude you suck.
Other Comments: Focus has allways taken good care of me, and i have found they will generally do what they can to match or come close to matching outside and online prices.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Just wanted everybody to know what this shop is about. Please proceed with caution when entering this shop. Focus Cyclery is out to make a profit at any expense. They will do what ever they can to save a buck and are not at all afraid of loosing customers and probably prefer to get rid of a customer rather that to "do the right thing"

http://www.azfamily.com/news/3oys/stories/gilbert_3oys_news_062608_stolen_bike.40a40520.html Customer Service: This is what happened to a guy I ran know, I also saw this story on 3 TV on the 3 on your side segment. Channel Three was not on the Side of Focus! He brought his bike in for service work, Focus got it stolen, Now Focus refuses to compensate him for his stolen bike. Get Real, what a joke these guys are. They got HIS bike stolen and now won't replace it. Come on, it's pretty cut and dry here. Other Comments: Beware of this shop!
