Shop Summary:
Excellent locally owned bike shop. Good selection of affordable commuter bikes as well as higher end bikes and accessories.

Customer Service:
Super service. Very knowledgeable about products and give personal recommendations. Definitely there to give suggestions and options to the bikers! As others have mentioned, this shop is there to help out the biking community with super friendly service.

Shop Summary:
ABE is THE only place for high-end mountain bike riders and their bikes in Southern AZ.

Customer Service:
Michael (the owner) is personally responsible for working on each bike. He rehabed a used Blur I just bought and did a great job. It rode like a dream in the 24 hour race. He isn't just there to take your money either. He 'had a look' at my fork and decided is was still good to go without a major rebuild. Of course, he could've just rebuilt it and charged me. He's a honest mechanic and owner who has my business.

Other Comments:
Check it out! (They are cool, too if you want to just stop by and look around).

They'll send you the right direction as well if you are visiting from somewhere else and want to know where to ride.

A.B.E. is a small shop that deals in high end bikes, but they work on everything.

Customer Service:
Great. Mike is super knowledgable and he is the only guy I will take my bike to for service, every time I have something done it works flawlessly.

Shop Summary:
Great local shop. I've been going to ABE for the past 6 years and
haven't regretted it since. I have both a Felt road bike and a Kona
Kula Supreme from ABE, and will soon be getting a Kona XC bike for my
girlfriend. They are the only Kona dealer in town, and one of three
Moots dealers in the state. Whether you're purchasing a new bike,
getting one tuned up, or buying a top-of-the-line custom wheelset hand
built by Mike, ABE is the place to go. And if you're hungry, feel free
to help yourself to some wonderful fresh fruit!

Customer Service:
Every employee I've ever dealt with at ABE has been knowledgeable and
extremely helpful. From the first time I walked into ABE 6 years ago
to today, I get an exceptional level of quality customer service you
can't find anywhere else. Even if you're only there to ask a
question, or just to say "hi" to Mike and CJ, they will treat you with
the same respect as a customer buying a $6k bike. Mike and CJ want
you to be happy with your bike and your experiences out on the trail
than selling you something you don't need.

Shop Summary:
Sweet small shop, laid back poeple working their tails off, work is top notch. Small bowl of fresh fruit sits and awaits you. Their dog is very cool, and gets along with other pups. Anything they do is worth the wait, especially their wheels. Have had them build two sets for me and have out lasted any other wheels I had built or bought and about ready to have the next set built for my bike, cause Mike has the touch. Working on my third bike from them since they opened in 96/95 and my wife's 3rd too, she has only known them for a few years.

Customer Service:
Service is impeccable they will talk to you like you have been going for years even if is the first time, they didn't know my wife the first time she went in and she loved it, didn't feel silly in there like she did at other shops. Was paid attention to and had her questions answered, and Mike figured out what she was looking for and needed without "sales pants". As I always said from the first time I walked in, ABE is the only place that cares about the ride not the money in your pocket, always got the best for my dollar. I was worth talking to even if didn't have a money, just a question.
