Shop Summary:
My son broke 3 spokes on his 26 inch road bike and needed a hard to find size-230mm. I called around to my local shops and they would need a week to get a box in. They said Domenic's had a machine that could cut any spoke to size. Went to shop at noon, the mechanics stopped what they were doing to cut me the spoke's-3 for $3 on a machine that costs $6k. Not a big money maker for them but they made a difficult find for me easy. So when other bike shops recommend another shop, it says something to me. I'll think of Domenic's first next time for any service needs. Thanks.

Shop Summary:
Decent inventory. Decent prices.

Customer Service:
Very helpful staff. I went in there with shoes with stipped nuts that held my cleats. I didn't even buy the shoes at Domenics but the guy helping me was determined to fix the problem to the point I had to stop him. Turned out that the shoes couldn't be saved. People make a store.

Shop Summary:
Half mountain bike / Half road bike shop. Good service dept. Heavy on Cannondale.

Customer Service:
I'm always able to get help, whether shopping for a bike or getting repairs. At lunch hour, they have no problem spending time comparing bikes.

Other Comments:
For repairs/upgrades they have good prices and fast turnaround. I went middle of the week @ lunch and they installed my new fork and replaced a broken spoke before 5PM.
