Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
High Gear Bike Shop
High Gear Bike Shop is right downtown in Prescott Arizona. The staff are very very helpful, and they have a very good set of mechanics. High Gear may be a little more pricy than Bike Smith or Ironclad, but the service is so much better, the extra $ is well worth it. High gear has everything that the average biker needs, and for those that are more than that of the average, they can always order for parts.
Shop Summary: Steve and the guys and High Gear are great. They have been more help than I ever could have asked for. Just great customer service. Good prices. and they stock just about everything. I was in last week and there was something I was looking for that they didn't have, I didn't order it but they went ahead and ordered it just to have in stock. That's what I call great customer service.

Shop Summary: Very Helpful Staff, very knowledgeable, excellent mechanics. A one stop shop for all of the biking needs that one would ever encounter.
Customer Service: Fantastic, always helpful.
Other Comments: Very friendly staff, although they may not have the cheapest prices, it is so worth the extra money because of the service. Plus they give discounts to students with RCards.
