Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Lots of inventory and plenty to choose from. Great deals on components and incentives for signing up for their performance membership card. They offer 100% satisfaction guarantee and 90 day low price guarantee. They do not carry namebrand bikes like trek, gary fisher, or cannondale. That's just fine with me as a newbie in mountain biking who's just starting out. Customer Service: Fantastic! The fellas were easy to talk with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. After only a few minutes in the shop, I felt like the employees were my buddies. They made me feel that they were approacheable and will take care of my bike needs. Will, Bob, and Tony are cool dudes. Other Comments: I purchased 29er from them last week and loving it.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: It was great because it was a large shop with a lot of inventory from bikes to dietary supplements. The prices were very competitive and lots of discounts, especially if you are a first time buyer there because you get a sign up discount which is great if your making a large purchase. Love the free lifetime tune-up on bike purchases. Customer Service: Service was average, knowledge on products was great. The one disadvantage of buying from a large chain instead of the local bike shop is that the sales rep isn't as concerned with making the sale. Out of 3 people working that day only 1 employee wasn't trying to avoid customers. I understand that the tradeoff for great customer service is price though. Other Comments: Worth checking out, i would have rather purchased from a local entrepreneur, but my budget was more important when it came down to it.
