Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I recently purchased my Niner from the guys at Arizona Cyclist. They all were very helpful, knowledgable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I have no regrets about making Arizona Cyclist my local shop. There is a great vibe in this shop, not like any of the other shops around town. It is a great place to just come and hang out. I am always very welcomed here as it seems like everyone is that walks through the door. Customer Service: The Customer Service at Arizona Cyclist is like no other in town. Everyone is really friendly and makes shopping here a lot of fun. This shop as an amazing atmosphere made even better by the few guys who work there. Other Comments: I would strongly recomend this shop to anyone who needs anything from a high end Mt. Bike to an intry level road bike and every piece of gear and equipment in between. If there is something wrong with your bike, the shop here is phenomenal, if you need work done to your bike, these guys do an amazing job and have you back on two wheels in no time.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I was not impressed with this shop. They either have very little productknowledge, or are so eager to make a sale that they'll say anything. Iwent there to buy a Chris King headset. I asked the salesman, specifically, if the headset would work on a 2006 GT. He told me noproblem, only to find out later that my head tube was for an entirelydifferent sized headset, which Chris King doesn't even manufacture. Ifhe didn't know, he should have looked it up. I will not be doingbusiness there again.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: This shop was off to a good start, but then started to dissapoint. After they gave one of my mates a really good deal on a Cannondale, I thought they might become my new LBS. But, when I tried to have them rebuild a Fox F100X Terralogic fork, things went south. After I went back three times that they told me they'd have the seals, they never did. When I was about to leave the fork with them, I was a bit put off to discover that the dude that was going to 'take care of it', didn't even know how a Terralogic fork works. He thought it was broken because of the automatic lock out.
I ended up taking the fork to ABE, they rebuilt it the same day. Customer Service: The shop does have enthusiastic customer service. That's a good thing and a bad thing. They can be so eager to make the deal, that they promise things they can't deliver. It just causes frustration.
