Very clean and organized. People were very nice. A very friendly feeling in the shop. Been there a couple of times before and always happy about my visit. Customer Service:
They fixed my rear shifter while I waited. Even offered me a coke while I waited. Other Comments:

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
I've only been to this shop three times, yet each time was a poor experience. It seems the shop manager/owner was never there and left his shop attended by young teenage boys - family? I'm not talking about 119 year old guys who are kick ass MRB riders, but 14 yearold kids who couldn't tell me the difference between derail cable and brake cable. Customer Service:
Thekids were eager to help but their inexperience was obvious.
