Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I brought my bike in for a tune-up after my fiance had hers done a week before. When I went to pick up the bike the back brake locked up when I went to pay at the counter. The derailleur, the front brake pads, and the back brake, were all worse then before the tune-up and the tire was out of true. Someone took the bike for a "test drive" crashed it and then tried to pass it off as if it never happened. Not only was it out of tune but there was body damage to the bike. I spoke with Nathan the owner, he repaired the bike, did not replace any of the damaged parts. He refused to take any responsibility for any of his employees. When he dropped off the bike a couple days later I spoke to him about an employee almost running over my fiance in the parking lot. His employee was riding a "girls beach comber" bike at high speeds and jumped a curb in front of the store, anyone walking by would of been seriously hurt. Not to mention would you want your daughters bikes mechanical integrity put at risk? He responded "this is a bike shop we like to ride bikes, what do you want from me?.... Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Clean, friendly environment. Lots of good product that isn't so crammed together that you don't know what you are looking at. Customer Service: The staff and Exhale is unmatched. Friendly, helpful for all levels of riding. Willing to spend the time with you to get what you need, not just what is the most expensive item. Other Comments: I'm an Exhale customer for life. They have treated me very well and I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else for my service or support.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Awesome! I am new rider and i searched several local bike shops before i decided to purchase. Exhale was by far the friendliness, cleanest, and largest shop i had gone to. Although, i must admit, the prices are not the cheapest, knowledge and friendlyness go A LONG WAY in my book and this is why i purchased from there. Nate the owner is extremely nice, and attempted to take my bike from me even in crutches! I will be a long time Exhale customer. Customer Service: beyond a 5 of 5

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I have not ridden my bike for about 4 years after recovering from injuries sustained on active duty in 2001. I have finally recovered enough to break out the bike and get it ready to ride. I searched for a shop that was close to my job and found Exhale. I was pleasantly suprised with the warm welcome I was given by the guys there. I am now in the market for a new bike and they took a couple of hourse to go over all the different options in the bikes to give me the riding experience I want that meets muy specific needs. I am a slightly disabled veteran with a bad back but love to ride my bike on lite trails. Thier service was first rate on my existing bike and very reasonable in price and when I am financially able they have earned my business and loyalty. I'll be a customer of thiers for a long time to come....
