Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I've never purchased anything more than a couple pieces of hard to find hardware here. Their selection is nice, and when they have ordered certain products for me, they arrive within 3-4 days. I'll be in the market for a new bike soon, and this will definitely be one of the shops that I visit to compare prices. Speaking of prices, they have proven to have the lowest prices *BY FAR* on the nick-nacks that I've required. I'm not really good with names, but it seems like each person is well specializes in certain aspects of bikes. Customer Service: Second to none customer service. These people are some of the coolest and most helpful bike shop employees I've ever come across, I circulate between Arizona, California and Idaho, and these people are at the top of my list for customer service. When in doubt, head to Bicycle Showcase.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Bicycle Showcase is great. The shop is pretty small but theres no need for a big one. They specialize in higher end Bikes mostly of the Road and Mountain variety. They also carry a couple cruisers here and there, and a decent selection of hybrids. Customer Service: The customer service is far beyond what i've experienced at other bike shops. For starters they don't ask what bike you want they ask What kind of riding you do, how often, in what areas, what distances etc etc. THEN they'll get you to a bike that really fits you. They do free adjustments and tweaks for the first year. When i bought my bike from them they knew i was just starting out riding and told me about some of the laws for riding at night and in certain areas. Other Comments: I bought a comfort/mtn hybrid (Giant, Sedona)and they were really friendly and helpful. they've been very quick to make fixes and replace wheels as well. I've just started to mountain bike now that i'm comfortable on a bike again and i know they will be the people i go to to get a good mountain bike.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I just purchased a Ibis Mojo from them. They took great care of my requests and got it ordered, built & ready in an incredibly short time for my vacation. They sell a lot of quality mountain bikes (they have a lot of road bikes too but I don't know much about those types of bikes). Their shop personel are helpful & friendly, they also actually ride not just sell. Customer Service: They have very good friendly customer service. I had to take my Mojo back a few times for odds & ends (pretty common for any new build as things break in) and they took care of my requests promptly and efficiently. I might add I teach customer service for the automotive industry, I know the difference between good & bad. You can count on them to do their best to help you out and take care of what ever you need. Other Comments: In the last 8 years of mountain bike riding I have been all over the valley to get service, parts & bikes. I am extremely happy to have found Bicycle Showcase.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Great shop, quality bikes, will make sure bike fits your riding style and fits your size. I have purchased 4 bikes there and have recommended others as well and they have been very happy. Bike offers free adjustments for a year after purchasing and can build bikes to your specs. Great staff as well, very knowledgeable staff. Customer Service: I have brought in my bike plenty of times for quick adjustments and they have yet to turn me away or if they could not get to it that day they make sure it is completed the next. I will continue to shop there and encourage others as well. I have never heard a bad thing from people who have visited the shop. If nothing else, if you want to see the latest in bikes, just visit the shop and you will be impressed.
