Shop Summary:
I shopped around for a new FS Mountain bike and ended up purchasing a 2008 SJ Elite. They had it for a good price and were willing to adjust it so it fit like my old SJ. Ted spent at least a hour with me tweaking things till it felt right... That's the kind of service that keeps you coming back

Customer Service:
Excellent...had it back on a few occasions for the free tune up.

Other Comments:
Everyone there has been very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shop Summary:
Very nice shop. Well stocked with parts and accessories. Prices are very competitive with online. Excellent Specialized resource.

Customer Service:
They helped warranty an '07 Spec Stumpy that I bought elsewhere. Their builds are awesome. The mechanic Ted P is a renaissance bike man from the day.

Other Comments:
Their location is very convenient for me. North Scottsdale really does not have many shops at all. This one is tops in the whole valley.

Shop Summary:
New concept store?! It is nice, but I was thinking it would be the size of performance or bigger. I guess I had just built up my expections in my head. Don't get me wrong though it is a nice shop.

Customer Service:
I don't really know, I just was able to peek in. I hope its good.

Other Comments:
Wow Specialized makes some nice bikes.

Very clean shop easy location to get to great selection of road and mountain bikes.

Customer Service:
the people that work there are great answering any question even helping my 2 year old daughter find her phone. I will definatly go back and see these guys they are great.

Shop Summary:
The brand new shop looks just awesome, and seems to have a good selection that will be further tweaked to what sells best locally. I wouldn't be surprised if they become the go-to shop for certain specialties. The new wrench shop out back looks like a dream, but Scott said, just wait and it will start looking more broken in.

Customer Service:
We brought in a vintage Motobecane road bike to get the fit adjusted and updated for my wife. Scott helped us and was able to zero in on new handlebars, grips, adjustable stem and brake levers that would work, but more importantly their adjustment to improve my wife's riding position. I expect the combination of a very accessible location and great customer-oriented staff is going to create a new powerhouse LBS, it is already becoming one of our favorites!

Other Comments:
I'm impressed by their organized road bike ride offerings. I hope to see organized mountain bike rides also being offered soon.
