Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
Shop was great! They have a lot of options, for you to choose from in the realm of basic gear, gps, clothing, and bikes. Atmosphere is awesome, better than most shops in the East Valley. Mechanic has a lot of knowledge about BMX, road, and Mountain bikes. If you have any questions go see him!

Customer Service:
Had phenomenal service from the mechanic in the shop...I forget his name, young guy though. I am currently in the market for a road bike, to work on my endurance for riding mountain, and he had a lot of information for me about the bikes. Really wanted to make sure I got into the right bike for me, not trying to push the most expensive bike on an inexperienced road rider. They didn't have the bike I wanted, so they said they could order it for me, and switch out any parts I may have wanted to change.

Other Comments:
I was ecstatic about the customer service, it's an industry that's declining, especially in bike shops. Even spoke with the owner while I was there, very family friendly environment. One of the few shops in town I would take my 3 year old into and not be looked at like, "what the hell is this kid gonna break?" Check these guys out, they'll take care of you and get you into what you want, not what they want you in.
