Shop Summary:
Cool New Shop! Yet i miss the nearby downtown one for the FREE AIR!! Now i just have to cross the tracks. No biggy though. Love Az Bikes, I am satisfied with the work done on my bike, it was cheapest, yet i was not happy that i had to keep calling the store to get info on my bike as far as estimates and the overall issues it had. The bike was to be done on a specific day and when i called on that day it had yet to be looked at and there was no estimation to damage or cost to fix. Yet, it was fixed with a low cost. I really went in needing a new tire and when i got the bike, my tire was still the old one that had been somewhat patched with duck tape (tubeless) Previous owner job. This was overlooked and could of been dealt with if communication would have been better. To my understanding the owner had to go out of town, yet i got the feeling that the communication in the store is not thorough. When i pointed out the tire issue for the 2nd time, it was handled speedily and i got a great new 29'r at low cost yet a little heavier then i would like.

So, this is Just FYI. I previously went to Cosmic to have a inspect and tune up, they gave me a 24 hour call back with an honest review and i knew exactly what my bike needed and how much it would cost with the access to used and new parts. I paid a bit more for this shop to do a tune up, about twenty more dollars, yet they did not miss on some major issues that i chose to let wait because at the time it was not cost effective. AZ did not even catch these issues, nor discuss with me anything, plus missed the fact that i seriously needed a new tire. So even though i like Az for the cost, i will spend the extra money for the better communication and inspection the next time i get my bike serviced.

Customer Service:
Customer service was okay, i enjoyed chatting with a gentleman who appreciated to original Gary 29'r.

Other Comments:
Work on communication and calling customers back. Do no underestimate the people who may be new to biking and no as knowledgeable. Yet continue to be honest. :)

Shop Summary:
Best shop in Flagstaff. Bryce is a cool guy and doesn't make you feel stupid when you have a question about something. The other shops are full of guys who can't be bothered by someone trying to get into cycling. His new location is a lot bigger and he setup a community park stand where you can go and mess with your bike.

Customer Service:
Outstanding, every time I go in.

Other Comments:
My next bike and all of my equipment and parts will be coming from AZ Bikes from now on.

Shop Summary:
Lowkey, laidback, accomodating shop in downtown Flagstaff.

Customer Service:
Brice is the best. I would rather deal with him than most other folks in town. Highly recommended...

Been there once

Shop Summary:
We were in Flag for the Flagstaff-Munds-Sedona ride. Prior to our taking off we checked out a couple of the cycle stores in town. It was only by chance we happened to see AZ Bikes, naturally we had to stop in and 'kick some tires'. Summary: It may be a small shop in a small town, but it offers a massive selection of truly top quality products. The floor items were squared away, orderly, clean, and displayed in a systematic way. You won't find flash like background music and free coffee- simply down to earth high quality units being offered.

Customer Service:
Everyone entering the store is greeted immediately with a verbal 'hello' and a friendly smile. What a concept!

I can't comment on 'after sale' customer service as our visit didn't include a purchase. However, I noted installation and/or adjustment was openly offered with many of the sales. This is not the policy of the store where I normally buy parts ... and am charged hourly rate to put air in a tire.

Other Comments:
I admit my observation was only a snapshot in time, but it was one of the highlights of our visit to Flag and the trails of the area. Speaking of which, the salesperson at AZ Bikes provided us with maps and insight as to the local trails.

Shop Summary:
Good selection, especially for how small the floor room is. Many different brands and prices. If you buy a bike there you supposedly get free tuneups for life of that bike. very decent prices.

Customer Service:
They aren't the smartest... The GT Aggressor I bought there said it had a 6061 aluminum frame with a giant sticker, but the employee said it was steel. He also accidentally snapped my mom's Debit card in half, it was already cracked though. It seemed like it might have been within his first week for that job, he seemed real nervous too. They are very nice though. I won't rate bad on this though, because how nice and friendly they were.

Other Comments:
Good prices.
