Shop Summary:
Local shop with a good overall selection of bikes, i would esimate about 150 bikes on the floor and pretty much any gear you would need regardless of what type of riding you do. Clothing selection was a little sparse. They also offer free lifetime tuneups for any bike they sell, while this is not a big deal if you buy a single speed cruizer it is huge if you mountain bike.

Customer Service:
Customer service is where this shop is very good. The guys working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They turn around repairs usually the next day or on the spot if possible. All the employees ride and cheerfully give info for local riding.

Other Comments:
Their main brand of bikes is Giant and will price match other Giant Bicycle shops in Phoenix if they are not the lowest.

Shop Summary:
A very small shop , not much selection, most of the stuff is in back so you cant browse the store.

Customer Service:
I walked in during my lunch break to get help with a seat adjustment. A gentleman, who I assume was the owner immediatly made a snide comment on my bike (A windsor cliffpro 29er) He basically put it down calling it a cheap pos and was rude because I didnt buy it at a local shop. I dont make much money and did my research on this bike and am very pleased. Anyway he continued to comment on my bike and tell me how it doesnt even compare to other brands. Well if I wanted his opinion i would of asked, instead I just wanted my seat fixed. Never going back, I am sticking with Performance Bike!
