Shop Summary:
I have been to this shop 5 or 6 times and would have to agree that they are a great group of guys. They have helped me with a Fox shock return to the manufacturer and even though I have only been to the shop a few time (new to Scottsdale) I feel that I have known Marcus and Andy for much longer.

Customer Service:
I manage a 5 Diamond resort and these guys get it. When you walk in the door they treat you like a friend, will do what they can on the price and are honest and reliable.

Other Comments:
I had a shifting problem on my Giant that shops in Florida, Utah, Texas and here in AZ could not completely resolve and Marcus got it fixed for good. Major props for that.

Once a month

Shop Summary:
Was heading to the Landis in the same parking lot so I stopped in to take a look and Mike the sales guy was awesome answered all my questions and then some. I ended up test riding 2 bikes the Giant XTC 1 and 2. The 1 was way out of my price range but they worked some numbers on both bikes and they were the only shop out of the five I visited to work the price a little. I can go anywhere and pay full retail. I went back the next day and talked with Andy the owner and rode the bikes again so I could compare to some others I was testing at other shops. The next day I called Andy and asked if I could pick up the XTC2 after work and could he put some other items on the bike, he did so and didn't even ask for any money until I came in and picked it up.

Customer Service:
When they were trying to sell me the bike I was told about the manufacturer's warranty and the lifetime of adjustments for free but I was a bit skeptical. After having the bike a month I took it in for the tune up they do after the first month and was worried about if they were going to charge me. When I went to pick up the bike later it was all tuned up and washed and Marcus had even used some sort of water pic to clean all the rubber that was embedded in the white grips. Like they said I had to pay nothing it was free just like they told me. Marcus even rolled the bike and loaded it into my car and then sat outside for 15 minutes shooting the breeze with me. On the business card it says "We specialize in customer service" and do they ever!
