how many of you have ever been out on a riding adventure and you get the same old recommendations that you wouldnt even give your worst enemy to ride. Well Bike & Bean WILL NOT. We have been to Sedona 6+ years and have mostly stayed where our old bike shop told us to go - "Bell Rock Loop. If you can find Llama you can add in a fun singletrack". 2 years ago we did our home work and found Broken Arrow woohooo now we are on to something. Last year we did more research and linked in Baldwin Trail & Templeton. Bike & Bean blew our doors off this year Friendly Knowledgeable NICE. They listen to you and provide you with a great ride. A must stop for any enthusiast. Looking frwd to 2014!!!! Go Angels! Oak Creek Brewery a MUST!!!

Shop Summary:
So I just moved to Arizona and should have my bike in a week or so, but I can't wait and ended up renting a Blur LT from these guys. They were really eager to help get me and my girl on the trails and gave a ton of beta about some of the local trails to start out on.

Customer Service:
These guys were really cool...talked to Chuy and Jim and they both gave some pretty decent feedback. We were also set up on the bike really quickly.

Other Comments:
Gotta say - their prices are VERY reasonable when it comes to rentals, and the fact that they have some cold drinks waiting for when you return from your ride doesn't hurt. They also happen to be right across the street from one of the main trailheads in town.

Shop Summary:
The best shop in Sedona! They have the friendliest staff ever and are always willing to take a quick look and do a repair last minute. I've never had repairs be so cheap either!

A trip to Sedona is never complete without stopping in to see these guys!

Customer Service:
Amazing service from repairs to trail selection. The best!

Other Comments:
Stay at the red agave and base out of Bike and Bean- great combination for a Sedona weekend.

Shop Summary:
Friendly staff gave me advice on other trails to ride in the area (even though I didn't make a purchase). Shop sells bike gear and coffee and has a repair station and is located across the street from the Bell Rock Pathway that leads to some very nice rides.

Customer Service:
I like the friendly staff.

Other Comments:
When I visit Sedona again, if I need something, I'll be sure to purchase it here.

Shop Summary:
The Fabulous Maureen and I rode Sedona couple of years ago & got good trail recommendations and service from Bike & Bean, so on Saturday we returned on vacation and stopped by for a chat.

Again, very attentive service and good trail recommendations from the owner/manager. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Customer Service:
Had a good ride Sunday until my rear brake locked up. We dragged the bike over to B&B. Gonzo (the mechanic) put a couple of other bikes aside and rebuilt the brake while we waited. On Monday it worked better but not perfect so I took it back again. And this time he spent another hour on the brake (at no charge) and my bike was perfect today.

Other Comments:
Truth is, I had also called a couple of other shops in the Sedona/Flagstaff area and got the usual big city fuzzy answers (we can get the parts on Tuesday, drop it off and we'll see, we got a backlog so it'll take a week, etc). Bike & Bean were the only ones that were really straight with me.
