Shop Summary:
Small, low volume shop. Will help you buy a bike but this shop does not carry much in the way of add on items and upgrades. My bike came with cheap plastic peddles and I wanted to upgrade them. This shop only has plastic plastic peddles from one company. I had to go to another bike shop to find the good, better, best assortment I was looking for.

Customer Service:
They claim one day service on their web site. This is simply untrue. They have one person in the store who tunes up bikes in his spare time and is not very good at it. I bought the bike from them so lifetime tune ups are "free". I had to take the bike back to them three times before they could figure out that a spacer in my rear sprocket assembly was broken causing the chain to jump and derail. They would keep the bike for 3-5 days and then return it to me - saying it was all done. I rode it for 2 seconds and the bike was unrideable. I would give it back and they would put me at the back of the line and make me wait another few days. Big hassle.

After completing a tune up - one would think they would ride the bike for 60 seconds and take it through the gears. It really sucked to wait 5 days for the bike only to discover after having it back for 2 seconds that it was not fixed.

Other Comments:
My bottom bracket/crankset is squeaking pretty bad as well. I asked for a quote to replace/repair it and the owner recommended I go on-line. They had my bike for a week. He could have said "your bottom bracket is squeaking, I can replace/upgrade if for $xxx.xx. I would have said YES.

Instead, when I asked for the second time about options and pricing - he recommended I go on line and buy it directly to save money. This is the OWNER!! They may be out of cash or he simply does not want to repair/service bikes.

Go elsewhere if you can.
