Our new store has the same products as our Mesa store but much larger. It is 5200 sq ft, very clean, modern and well lit. It is Arizona's single largest dealer for Specialized, Yeti, Intense and Colnago. It is located on the SouthWest corner of Scottsdale Rd. and Mayo Blvd.

Shop Summary:
Arrogant and ridiculously bad customer service....

Customer Service:
I took my Roubaix SL4 Comp in for a tune and to have aero bars installed on Monday morning and was told by Craig that it would be ready by Wednesday morning which was perfect as I had a long ride set for Thursday and Friday morning. When I went in late afternoon on Wednesday, I was told that it hadn't even been started yet and that it would be ready for sure Thursday morning....no apology...nothing. When I vented frustration, I was told I could take it with me now and bring it back next week.
So instead of driving all the way on Thursday afternoon at 4 pm, I called and was told by Andy that it hadn't even been started yet.....WTH?? He promised it was next in line and that I should call around 6:30 pm to be sure it's ready (DUH). When I called at 6:30, I was told it would not be done tonight…shocked. Andy then told me he understood and was sorry. But also said it was their busy season and they have to take care of their customers who walk into the store. I said “dude, I am a customer too who just spent $4k+ on a bike and now that you've sold me, I am not important?” Andy said “I’m not a tech and we are down 2 techs right now so I can’t work on your bike”. He apologized again and said he would out me at the top of the list in the morning.

Other Comments:
So 5 days of frustration, 2 days riding my back up bike, $325 for aero bars that might or might not be installed and the crappiest customer service ever and now writing this review on Yelp, on Google and anywhere else I can including inside the 2 bike clubs I ride with on a weekly basis.
Based on other negative reviews here, it is unlikely that I will get a response from management as they are comfortable with road and off road junkies running a retail bike shop...there are a lot of other shops in the valley and I am disappointed that I wasted my time and money at DNA.

This place is a joke.

Customer Service:
There customer service is horrible. I wouldn't be writing this review had this been the first time I experienced bad customer service here. I went down to DNA on my lunch break (shop was dead), to check out the new Specialized Camber 29er. I spent over 20 minutes by myself checking out their different models, comparing bikes, etc. The guys that worked there never bothered to come over and ask if I had any questions. This was the second time in a row I have walked out due to lack of service.

You guys aren't the only bike shop in town, the guys down the street were more than happy to take my money.

Shop Summary:
Well I have to say these guy's are by far the best Specialized dealer I have found. I bought my bike at another shop last year and I will just say it has not been a good experience. So I didn't even buy my bike here and they have treated me way better then the other shop, they are further from me but I will continue to go here. Bob the mechanic spoke with me and spent time to explain a few things about my bike. They addressed some warranty issues that the other shop would not. Great group of guy's here, I highly recommend them. They seem to know whats gong on.

Shop Summary:
I shopped around for a new FS Mountain bike and ended up purchasing a 2008 SJ Elite. They had it for a good price and were willing to adjust it so it fit like my old SJ. Ted spent at least a hour with me tweaking things till it felt right... That's the kind of service that keeps you coming back

Customer Service:
Excellent...had it back on a few occasions for the free tune up.

Other Comments:
Everyone there has been very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shop Summary:
Very nice shop. Well stocked with parts and accessories. Prices are very competitive with online. Excellent Specialized resource.

Customer Service:
They helped warranty an '07 Spec Stumpy that I bought elsewhere. Their builds are awesome. The mechanic Ted P is a renaissance bike man from the day.

Other Comments:
Their location is very convenient for me. North Scottsdale really does not have many shops at all. This one is tops in the whole valley.
