Shop Summary:
I used to go there quite a bit. No more.

I bought two bikes, one for my daughter, one for my wife. I bought accessories for my Specialized mountain bike. I also had it tuned up and have minor things repaired there from time to time.

Customer Service:
The waiting list for shop time sometimes went into two or even three weeks. Once in the queue, the work was usually done correctly but on a time or two I had to have simple work re-done, sometimes because they didn't do what I told them to do, even though they wrote it down. Like one of the earlier reviewers said, they can get very surly. And that was the last straw for me.

I was told by other bikers that, "Some Specialized shops are like that." No. Just this one.

Other Comments:
Every other bike shop I have gone to (all the Landis shops, Sonoran, Road Runner, Performance, etc) have managed to get the work done same day (same hour) or the next day. All of them did the work correctly the first time. And the others are genuinely friendly.

Shop Summary:
I would NOT Recommend buying a mountain Bike from Exhale Bikes on Bell and I-17. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I order a Mountain Bike A (Specialized ROCKHOPPER) from (Exhale Bikes) I put down 500 dollars. For my B-Day Back in April. I was going camping for a week for my B-Day (May 15) and they said my bike would be the there for my camping trip. It was there just like they said. But they sold it out from underneath me to someone else. And then they tried to reorder my bike again, but by then Specialized sold out of the Rockhopper I wanted. And now I would not have my bike in time for my B-Day and NOT the one I wanted. I ended up buying the next model up bike that was 400 dollars more. To make it right EXhale Bikes gave me 150 store credit. (That I could NOT use towards the purchase of bike) and free up grade tubeless Tires with free Sealant for a year. About every 2 mouths you got to get your tires resealed. So today I go in to get my first free sealant for my tires and the owner would not uphold there agreement to me. He called me a liar and said his employee didn't tell me they would give me free sealant for tires. Only 7 dollars a tire. He just lost a customer for life and I'm in the market for a bicycle for my girlfriend. So if your in the market for a Mountain Bike. I would recommend staying away from
Exhale Bikes 2814 w. Bell rd and Go to a Bike shop that knows how to treat a customer. Thanks For Reading.

Shop Summary:
This shop has a great small town feel. People remember your name...your bike.....and are always available for conversation other than "what are you here for?" I have rarely gone into the shop where they have not had something I needed....or are quick to find what I need. I even walked into the shop with an out of town friend on the way to Utah.....brakes were seized....they spent an hour taking care of us on the spot to get us on our way. Couldn't thank them enough!

Customer Service:
ALWAYS feel like the staff listens to my issues....and informs me of what needs to be done. I'll clarify by saying that they explain what they need to do and why....not just tell you what they are going to do and how much it will cost. Nate and the rest of the crew are always friendly and understand every level of biker.

Other Comments:
I have personally purchased 3 high end mountain bikes from exhale...and a cruiser. I have sent both of my parents for bikes, my sister, and several friends. Love this place and have no hesitation sending anyone there.

Shop Summary:
Overall the shop is well stocked and displayed nicely- however- they seem to have a problem in controlling maintenance times. Let me give you an example:

I went in yesterday (Monday after Christmas) in my hand was Reynolds aero rear wheel that needed a spoke fixed (popped nipple). In the other hand I had cash , I was looking to but a new helmet, clips, etc..

A salesperson ( young kid) came to me right away and I asked if I could get this fixed today- his reply.."it will take about a week".. I said a week !!!! he replied "we are really backed up". (this is not my first experience with them on this issue. I even sent a friend to the shop and this happened to her).. he said "let me go ask to see if it can be done" - a moment later he came back and said "no way it would be a week" . Feeling rejected and sad as I wanted to ride that day , I had no choice to leave and find another shop.

It was a shame, I like the shop and the owner is very nice and the product is good but they have to get this under control. I went somewhere else who fixed the tire in under 30 minutes and had the products I was looking for. I walked out spending about $250.. sorry Exhale..maybe in a few months I might try you again
