Small shop that offers great mechanical service. Great, cut to the chase bike set-up and tire selection for Sedona and Flagstaff riding terrain. Also has Ibis full suspension bikes for rent.

Shop Summary:
Small shop but amazing service just a block away from old town Sedona. A short ride to most of the trial heads like Hangover and Munds

Customer Service:
Dave's service is what I measure all other shops by. He is amazing at suspension setup too. If you are in the area you owe to yourself to stop in. I don't ship my bike when I go to Sedona because the Ibis rentals with Dave are top notch.

Other Comments:
Can't say enough about the shop and Dave. I rented a bike from him 4 years ago and still chat him up on a regular basis

Shop Summary:
Best bike shop I've ever been in. If your looking for high performance trail tested mountain bikes and components then this shop is it. Dave is the total package. Awesome rider, meticulous/knowledgeable mechanic, and a superlative trail guide. We had a big group from West Virginia and shipped our bikes to Sedona. We had multiple mechanical problems related to both shipping and riding. Dave went way above what a normal business owner would do for his customers to make sure everyone in the group kept the rubber in the dirt. He loaned us parts, had parts overnight shipped that weren't in stock and gave great deals on rentals while waiting for parts. If Dave worked on your bike he would not let it out the door until he had it completely tuned to your riding style and weight. It was like having a buddy that owned a bike shop in Sedona. We started and ended almost every day at his shop. He would line out our route in the morning and help us fix what we'd broken in the afternoon ??.
Thanks Dave!! We will see ya next winter.

Customer Service:
Arrived in Sedona for a couple of weeks of X-C riding. Bike got hit in the parking lot while on bike carrier. The rear wheel was a disaster, and parts where hard to get! So says another bike store in town. Went to see Dave, who managed to take a potato chip wheel and true it to its original condition. As a result we were able to some enjoy the great trails in the Sedona area. Dave was also very helpful in giving us trails that suited our abilities!
Can't thank Dave enough! Turned a potentially disasterous vacation into a truly memorable one. Thank you. We will be back, to ride Hangover next time.

Shop Summary:
Small shop that can get anything done. Owner Dave has more information about bikes than anyone would need to know and is a great teacher. He also knows the area very well and is happy to give info. This is a great place to check out just if you are in the area. I wouldn't ship my bike if I were to fly in as the Mojo HD rentals are awesome.

Customer Service:
Second to none. No one else can tune a bike and tell you all about it like Dave. Have to see to believe.

Other Comments:
Stopping by and chatting about bikes and riding are a must if you are in the area.

Shop Summary:
The perfect mountain town boutique shop for the hard core and weekend rider. A place to meet and get the total download on what Sedona has to offer. No frills just bikes and great service. If you want to pay for large overhead and a bunch of extras this is not your spot. If you want to ride, rent the best bike in town and are serious about fun then you found it--Fat Tire

Customer Service:
I am a Ibis HD owner who bought my bike from Dave at the Fat Tire Bike Shop back in April 2011, bike was delivered and built as a 2012 model in June. I waited to write my review so I had some good follow up perspective. Lots of shops and sales people are your best friend while they are grabbing at your wallet but Dave really has shown that genuine outstanding long term relationship based service does exist. He has made sure that from the day I stepped over that new sweet HD frame until today that the bike has been perfect for me and my riding. I don't want to set a precedent but I think we rode together about 5 times as we got the bike dialed for me and my riding style. I don't even need to go into how amazing this 2012 HD is and what it can do to tame some of the most technical and challenging riding in the southwest. So lets stay on the fact that none of that matters if the right guy isn't setting it all up. Dave has stayed with my demanding schedule of riding and improving even the smallest details on the bike over the last 6 months. While it is true that I continue to spend on this awesome sport and hobby Dave has always shown me that his emphasis is on my enjoyment and the bike as a product of his passion for high performance riding. I have also during my time in the shop watched dozens of other riders have their rigs dialed and made to work better no matter the bike brand. Dave truly has the knowledge and patience to make bikes the best they can be even for the most finicky customers.
