JJ's bicycle shop aims to be more than a retail space. We will strive to be the center for a healthy community, brought together because of the love of all things bike. Our investment in the community will not end with your bicycle purchase or repair. We will be involved in helping with the development of pedestrian/cyclist infrastructure improvements as well as safety education. A prime focus of our philosophy will be to educate our Billings youth, encouraging them to ride bikes and be active! This will grow over time, hopefully reducing social and health issues like obesity and smoking. The atmosphere of JJ Bikes will cultivate a life-changing community, through a motivated and passionate crew, as well as state-of-the-art equipment. You will always be invite to stop in, hang out, and feel at home – with or without your bike.

Shop Summary:
Hailing from the North Shore, I was pleasantly surprised to see that JJ is an authorized dealer and service center for Devinci and Norco bikes. Both of my current mountain rigs are Devinci and Norco, so JJ is the only place I feel comfortable taking my bikes in for service.

Tucson has a much smaller AM/FR/DH scene than most other places I've lived in, so it's also very nice to see a bike shop that caters to the more aggressive styles of mountain biking and BMX. Jose is an excellent bike mechanic and rider; he's introduced me to many of the better DH trails in the Tucson area.

Customer Service:
Great. All work I've had done I've been highly satisfied with. I've several bike build ups and have no issues. Pricing is excellent.

Other Comments:
Best DH/FR shop in Tucson.

Shop Summary:
I needed help converting my bike to a more comfortable ride and JJ immediately recognized the problems to address. He was courteous, and the service was competent and very fast (he even called to tell me that it was available a day early). A pleasure to have been referred there!

Shop Summary:
JJ's is no huge corporate mega-store. Jose works hard to make the experience right for his customers. He usually has a friend or two in the store and the atmosphere is friendly and professional.
JJ's can has, and can repair, the college commuter bike AND the $5K road or mountain bike.

Customer Service:
I bring my bike(s) here because Jose does damn fine wrenching and he is a good guy. He has consistently gone the extra mile to help me and my friends get our bikes running smooth. His parts selection is small but smart and his shop is full, but not crowded.

Other Comments:
This shop is also one of the few places in the greater Tucson area that has freeride/dh gear. We ride tough trails and JJ's has parts to keep us out on them.
