We offer over 50 brands that cater specifically to MTB, BMX, and Fixed Gear. We do sell complete bikes, but our specialty is building custom bikes for riders that are looking for something more than an out-of-the-box experience.

Whenever you buy a bike from us, we'll service it for life. For Free. All custom wheels come with free service and assembly as well. All we ask is that you buy the parts from us.

Come in and hangout with us. We're certain you won't be disappointed

Shop Summary:
I was a little worried at first walking up, it definitely looks like a BMX place and I was concerned that I was going to stick out like a sore thumb. Lucky they were all really nice guys and gals and they seemed to genuinely care about what I needed help with. I immediately felt welcome, and could tell that they worked on all kinds of bikes. They had DH bikes lined up against the wall and a "work area" in the back. A small shop overall, but pretty packed with stuff. It had everything bmx/mountain biking related, I didn't see much in the way of road biking though.

Customer Service:
Right off the bat this store wowed me with its customer service. Ryan had no problem special ordering a helmet for me, and even seemed excited for me. But it was when I had to bring it back that they really stood out. It was a full face helmet and just too hot for the kind of riding I do. (I bought it after a really nasty crash, not realizing how much overkill it really would be for XC riding). I could tell Ryan was disappointed, but he was still willing to make a deal. There really was no haggling, right off the bat he offered another helmet in exchange and some cash to balance out the price. I thought it was very generous given that it would be hard to find someone willing to buy a used helmet, even if it was only worn once.

Other Comments:
All in all, I found it to be a great bike shop with caring and enthusiastic staff. It will definitely be my go to bike shop from now on, even though it isn't quite "local".

Shop Summary:
What appears to be a BMX shop from the outside,is actually the best shop I have ever been to.
Ryan (the owner) is beyond excellent on all aspects of high-end bikes. He is capable of impeccable tune ups for flawless shifting, high end wheel building, obtaining exotic parts epeditiously. & other 1st class MTB services that are not apparant from the modest storefront.
What a great shop !

Customer Service:
I came to Kore upon the word of mouth recommendation of another rider while we were discussing horror stories experienced at other area bike shops.
I have a 2011 Santacruz Blur LT which is my dream bike. I am VERY particular about its performance & how maintainance is performed on it. To say I am a fanatical perfectionist when it coimes to my bike would be an understatement !
Ryan not only tuned it to flawless perfection (every shift is dead on),but allowed me to watch,& explained what he was doing & why.
A week or 2 later when the new (5mm to replace the factory 4mm) cables had stretched a little from break-in ( & yes, he prestrethed them upon installation), & shifting was just a little off, he readjusted them graciously & @ no additional charge. It's been about 6 months now since then, & a Rollex watch seems to have sloppy tolerances by comparison !
Ryan is THE man !

Other Comments:
Great shop, awesome mechanic, impeccable integrity, reasonable prices, fast service, what else is there !

Kore bikes is the perfect shop. Ryan takes the time and he invests in his customers.

Customer Service:
The customer service is by far the best in AZ.

Other Comments:
I live in the northwest valley and I won't go to any other bike shop. Kore is the only shop that wrenches on my bikes.

Shop Summary:
I went in thinking I cracked my rim, but I was newbin' it and was wrong. I appreciated their blunt candor. They could've sold me a rim, but didn't. That's the kind of honesty I look for in ANY type of business, especially in these time.

Big Ups.
