A tiny shop with a surprisingly large selection of components, good selection of 29ers and singlespeeds (Salsa, Soulcraft, Surly).

Shop Summary:
Great shop with a great owner! This place is small but it packs a big punch for a LBS. He stocks some stuff but can order anything you want.

Customer Service:
First met Ed while hunting for a used bike. After an hour with him I finally knew what I wanted. Of course, he knew when I walked in the door but I needed some training I guess. Since then, he has built 2 custom Surly bikes (a 1x9 and a SS). Always thought the love of my life would be a woman, but nope, it's a Surly built by Ed!

Other Comments:
Bottom line, if you are in Prescott (or anywhere near) this is the only shop you need to worry about. Great customer service and a man you can trust ALWAYS with EVERYTHING Mtn Bike.

Shop Summary:
This is the best place to go for your cycling needs. The owner can order anything you want and is fair in his dealings. Like another reviewer mentioned, it would have been nice to find this shop a long time ago!

Customer Service:
You can expect expert advice and a quick turn-around time here. Ed is the cycling equivalent of that trusted auto mechanic you have that will treat you fairly and earn your loyalty for life.

Shop Summary:
Awesome bike shop that has most components in stock. I was looking for a Hayes disc brake adapter and tried the other three bigger shops first. I either got a bad attitude, the impression I was wasting their time, or one shop arguing with me that I didn't need that part to make the brakes work. I just happened to remember that I saw a small shop downtown and decided to stop their. He not only had the part, he just gave it to me at no charge. I will now go here for every part I need in the future even if he has to order it. He knew exactly what I needed and had multiple of them in stock.

Customer Service:
He knows what he is doing and is always ready to help you out.

Shop Summary:
Great shop. Ed works on my high end bike and knows what he's doing, if he doesn't have it he can get it. Very good prices.

Customer Service:
Here's the deal, I've been in Prescott for about 4 years. I love to bike and I bike hard so I'm often in need of a good shop. I didn't know about Ed's shop for 3 years so I was visiting 3 other shops in town. After a series of frustrations from a combination of attitude and/or incompetence I was at the end of my rope with the LBS's. The I found Ed's shop. He's pleasant, he knows what he is doing, he's fast and his prices are the best. What else can I say.
His hours can vary, but hey, let the guy have a life.
