Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Cool shop with a good selection of bikes and components Customer Service: The shop guys are great! Always been helpful. The owner, on the other hand, is not. What makes a person want to patronize a business? All things being equal in regards to selection and knowledge, its good customer service. The owner is very smug, and unless your dropping big money on a bike, the feeling is its not worth his time. I've patronized the shop on a few occasions just for the fact they had components in stock that others didn't. I've yet to receive a "thank you for your business," "please come back," or anything of the like. The last thing I want is to feel like I'm being looked down upon for "only spending a couple hundred bucks." Seriously, this guy should stay behind the scenes.
