Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Not a very good selection of stuff and they don't really seem to know what they are talking about. I don't think they care if you're on the right bike, they rather sell you what is in stock then order the right size. Customer Service: Not good. You can stand at their counter for a while without being helped. They don't seem very well organized. Other Comments: I wish there were more shops in this area, because these guys need to be challenged to do a better job.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: bad bad bad! Guy with the dreds doesn't know anything about bikes but that doesn't stop him from giving out bad advice. Limited selection and it takes them about a month to order stuff. Wrench with tattoos knows his stuff. Customer Service: never greeted when I come to the shop. Bad attitudes all around. Saw a salesperson take a personal call on his cell while helping a customer. I feel sorry for the owner who isn't there on a day to day basis, he doesn't know how poorly the shop is being run. There is always an employee sitting on the couch watching tv. Other Comments: order online and learn to do repairs yourself. If you can't do that try Ozark bike shop in Rogers. He's only open a few days a week but he knows his stuff.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Great shop! I was in town for the week with work. I emailed the shop about renting a bike. The owner even opened on a Monday (Closed on Mondays)so I could pick up the bike. He gave me directions to Slaughter Pen bike park. Thanks Phat Tire!
