The best shop in the area..Period. For a great selection of quality Bikes, parts, service and local beta on the trails look no further. Curtis and Oliver are riders that know their stuff. If they don't have it in stock they'll order it asap.

Shop Summary:
The shop has a huge selection of bikes and any gear your looking for. If its not in stock they'll get it for you ASAP.

Customer Service:
Excellent staff! I just recently got into riding and I always have a lot of questions. Everyone is very helpful and approachable. Oliver the manager was extremely helpful in explaining whats best for my size/fit without pushing a sale. Some of the best customer service I have had in any retail store!

Shop Summary:
The shop has every part you could ever need. If they dont have it in stock they will get it for you. I really enjoy being able to go in and just talk bikes not try to be sold or spoken to like i am some sort of idiot. I have had great experiences in both the Auburn and Santa Rosa shops. They get all of my purchases. I drive over 40 minutes just to go to pick up small parts.

Customer Service:
I just moved to the area and these guys took the time to just talk bikes. They didn't try to sell me anything. Curtis and the gang know their stuff, but they are down to earth.

They did a great job dialing in my new bike.

Best shop I've been to in years.

Customer Service:
I used to be a pro racer and spent years working in California's best shops. Bill, the owner, and Mark, the head mechanic, have been in the business since the seventies and know what they're doing. When I raced, only Mark touched my bike...he's that good. If Bill can't get if for you, no one can. They travel to Italy every year and stay on top of the game. They live, breath, and eat cycling. They're great people providing wonderful service in a beautiful area.

Other Comments:
I have bought a dozen bikes from Mark throughout the decades. This year, I purchased a Colnago C-50 with full record from them this year and it's simply awesome! I never buy anywhere else.

Thank-you Bill and Mark, you are simply the best.
