Shop Summary:
great shop all the guys in there know what they are doing and know what they are talking about. If you are looking for a part and don't see that they have it in stock just ask and they will be more than willing to order it for you, the shipping only takes 3 or 4 days max. Really a great shop family friendly they have road bikes mountain and even little kids bikes oh and how could I for get cruisers.

Customer Service:
the customer service is great most of the time it is one day till you get your bike back. I bought my giant there and was so pleased with the quick service and also free service(if you buy your bike there) that I bought my wife a 7 speed cruiser there and well be buying the daughters first trike there.

Other Comments:
I have bought bikes at most of the bike shops here in chico and have to say that I should have started with cyclesport and never gone to the others. The guys are great.
