You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
Small shop, but stuffed with quality bikes. Easy going informal atmosphere.
Giant, Felt, Kona, Ventana, Niner. Not another Trek/Specialized copy cat shop!

Customer Service:
Customer service is unreal. They will do whatever it takes to keep you happy. I recently warrantied a broken frame with them. Even though I wasnot spending any money for the warranty, they were fast about getting things shipped out, loaning me a demo bike, keeping me advised about what was going on with my new frame.
After my initial bike purchase, whatever gripe I had about the bike, they took care of immediately, usually while I waited.
Mike Upchuch (owner) is always around and happy to talk with everybody that walks in the door.

Other Comments:
I have been to a lot of other shops in the Sacramento area. Some my have more bling-bling parts on the shelf, but they will never equal the whole package of Mad Cat. Customer service, inventory, public service... they do it all!

Shop Summary:
The shop is well stocked. Close to good rides (i.e. Auburn). Easy to find. Friendly owner/employees.

Customer Service:
I drove 1.5 hours to Sacramento just for a demo ride. Mike (owner) was there to get the demo bike ready for me. Mike was very helpful in mapping out my demo ride in Auburn. When I decided to buy the bike, they had it ready for me when I returned the demo bike. Mike was very helpful via email leading up to the demo/purchase. The rest of the staff was friendly/helpful.

Other Comments:
I'd never heard of Mad Cat Bicycles until I did a dealer search on a Giant I wanted to demo. I emailed every shop on the Giant website that was within 2 hours of my home. Mike was the only dealer that had a bike for me to demo (and being able to demo the bike on Auburn singletrack is another plus). I must have emailed him a thousand questions and he responded in a timely fashion without making me feel like an annoying customer. Because Mike and his staff were so helpful/straightforward (and the Anthem X2 was all that I hoped for) I decided to buy from him instead of the Giant dealer that is 15 minutes from my house. It was worth a 1.5 hour drive. It's also nice to know that Mike is a serious rider.

The other reviews sum up this area.

Customer Service:
Excellent. Everytime I go there, I connect with someone who digs riding as much as I do. I feel like they take good care of me and my ride.

Other Comments:
I don't like to pay good money for someone to screw-up my bike. I can do that just fine by myself, thank you. Last week Bryan stayed late to finish the installation of a chain guide so that it would be ready for a weekend ride. He even cleaned it up, checked it over, and dialed it in. Serious Bro Vibe at this place- I'll be back.

Shop Summary:
Great looking shop with alot of bikes in stock, and tons of accessories to choose from. Looks the way a bike shop should look! Very nice feel to it!

Customer Service:
All the guys in the shop are great! They have tons of knowledge, and ask alot of questions to figure out what's right for you. Everytime I've been in, they have recognized me, and remembered the last time I was in, so they can continue to help me. I brought my bike in for a routine service, and they asked me a bunch of questions to make sure they tune it just right. I also bought some accessories, and they put them on free of charge, while I waited.

Other Comments:
I went to almost every bike shop in the Sacramento area, looking for a good bike and a great shop to continue doing business in. Why did I pick a shop 20 minutes away from me? Most of the shops were ok, but they just wanted to talk about price. Mad Cat wanted to get me into the right bike to fit my needs, and get it right the first time! It ended up that I didn't need a $4000 bike for what I would use it for, so they sold me the bike I needed.
While buying my bike, Mike the owner came up, just to say thanks and make sure everything was ok. Great Job!

Shop Summary:
This is an easy review to write. This shop and it's employees have impressed me every time I've dealt with them. The shop is well stocked, clean, and organized.

Customer Service:
Customer service is fantastic. They are helpful to the point of recommending other shops for certain products. That alone makes me want to support them.
