Customer Service: WAS OK AT THE TIME. SOMETIMES IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET A HOLD OF CURTIS. HE WAS THE ONE HANDLING MY BIKE ORDERS.
Other Comments: THEY DID THE OLD ROPE YOU IN THING. The FIRST BIKE- SANTA CRUZ NOMAD COMPLETE BIKE. AKA- CUSTOM BUILD. I GOT A GOOD DEAL BUT IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH. THE SECOND BIKE S/C CHAMELEON S/C COMPLETE BIKE S/C BUILD KIT- OK DEAL NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. S/C DIVER8- THE DEAL WAS ALL WORKED OUT. THEN WHEN THE BIKE CAME IN, THEY- BILL THE OWNER TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE. AKA UP THE PRICE. BAD MOVE. I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK.

Shop Summary: I'v been coming to this bike shop for about the last 10 years. These guys can help with just about anything you'll need. Always friendly and very helpful, even if you just come in to hangout.
Customer Service: The best customer service iv seen in a bike shop. The whole staff is very knowledgeable about every product they carry. Also have very skilled mechanics, and really quick turn around times for tunes.
Other Comments: These guys really know there stuff about bikes. I like coming to this shop because i never feel pressured to buy things, or get the cold shoulder when i come in to hangout after a ride. By far the best shop around.

Shop Summary: A pro shop, but with great deals on entry level things as well. These guys keep bringing in exotics, even in tough times. Always have what I need...and they make me feel like an important customer, even if I am not buying a new Nomad every week.
Customer Service: Always well staffed. Sometimes too successful for their own good, but always polite.
Other Comments: Suspension guy is awesome. Set up my older Litespeed Niota . Now it is like a brand new bike.

Shop Summary: The best shop in the area..Period. For a great selection of quality Bikes, parts, service and local beta on the trails look no further. Curtis and Oliver are riders that know their stuff. If they don't have it in stock they'll order it asap.

Shop Summary: The shop has a huge selection of bikes and any gear your looking for. If its not in stock they'll get it for you ASAP.
Customer Service: Excellent staff! I just recently got into riding and I always have a lot of questions. Everyone is very helpful and approachable. Oliver the manager was extremely helpful in explaining whats best for my size/fit without pushing a sale. Some of the best customer service I have had in any retail store!
