Shop Summary:
Something bad must be happeninging at Cambria.
I have been ordering stuff from them for ten years and the last time I was caught in a misleading discount scheme with them. It was an impulse buy and a good deal not to pass up. 20% off and it was accepted by their website as advertised and a day later Cambria canceled the order they had already accepted.
I have been ordering online since 1995 with Performance, Nashbar, PricePoint, Supergo, AE bike, Greenfish, BikeMan, Speedgoat and Cambria but I will no longer do business with Cambria. Deal with them at your own risk and they are not honest with their email specials. All the others I have listed have been upfront and honest with discounts and don't play games with hidden unpublished "exclusions" but will allow you to purchase items and then they manipulate the order after their website has accepted the order and you have put your credit card info in in good faith.

Never again Cambria, I do not trust you.

From ordering online I have not heard back from them. They were to send information for me to send money for a new bike. Guess there is no economic crisis at their stores. I was going to buy an Intence Spider.

Shop Summary:
Lots of bikes, nice local riders who work there, any parts needed that aren't already there can be shuttled down from Paso that day or the next.

Customer Service:
Always had great service with these guys, way better than the three other bike shops I have been to in SLO.

Other Comments:
Great shop, great prices.

Shop Summary:
They carry a huge selection of products. I usually figure out what I want and just order, but when I do have questions, I've gotten helpful answers and suggestions. (This BTW on MTB stuff.)

They did screw up one order, sending me a post mount disc brake, when I ordered IS. No problem except wait, as they were going to pay full shipping for return and replacement, but 2 weeks, since I live in Midwest.

But due to their huge inventory, I found the IS bracket, pointed out it's wholesale cost to them and shipping (2 oz) would be cheaper than back-and-forth shipping for the brake set, and the guy said, "Oh, sure, we'll just send you the bracket." He said just keep the post bracket. So I got it in 5 days.

I haven't noticed any delays on advertised in-stock items. They might have been a little late on one item marked 7-10 days, but not by much.

Customer Service:
As good as I've needed and comparable to other respected shops

Other Comments:
I like Jenson. It appears that they have QBP send stuff directly to me when they don't have it in stock. Which is good business practice in reducing costs, and nice for me since I get stuff in 2-3 days UPS ground from Minnesota. Their computer inventory is real-time. I ordered a fork, which went through, then I went to recheck the product description (I wanted a disc/rim combo version) and it said "out of stock". I wasn't sure if I had ordered the right one. They checked, and told me I got the last one, so the website had instantly switched from "in stock" to "out of stock" automatically.

Only have placed one order with Greenfish. Got a nice fork closeout at ~$150 less than PP and others.

I like Brand's a lot! Ordered a 2008 closeout shoe. They sent me the upgraded carbon sole 2009 model for the same sale price, instead of emailing me with, "Sorry, we're out, do you want the 2009 version for $60 more?" I checked Nashbar, Performance, LickBike and other places. Everybody was selling the new shoe for MSRP, but Brand's gave it to me for 28% off on a shoe that was only on the market for a month, and it's a popular line.

I like eBikestop. I ordered an aerobar flip-up armrest. Profile Design had made an engineering error, when it changed from 4 mm to 5 mm screws, and left one pad rest with 4 mm holes, but no screws for it. ebikestop helped me get it corrected, with PD paying for it.
I like them, harriscyclery and bikekyle for unusual, hard-to-find stuff.
