Racer Shop Summary:
Great employees. Very helpful, this shop will go out of their way to make sure that each costumer is satisfied. Of course there are always those certain costumers that are a "nuisance" to a privately owned business but the guys at City Bicycles seem very patient with "pain in the rear" costumers...I know because I probably am one of those:) Customer Service:

Racer Shop Summary:
City Bicycles is amongst the BEST!
Co-owners, Mike and Robert, have been fantastic to the local cyclists. They have donated labor and given us a discount on parts for our local junior cycling program. These guys each have years of business experience in the bike shop business and are bike riders themselves.
They have also offered support on several of the local charity bike rides and sponsor the local USA Cycling team.
Additionally, I use to manage a high end bike shop myself (okay so it was 10+ years ago!) meaning I can tell better than most folks who the better bike shops are.
I buy my bikes at City Bicycles, have them serviced there; and recommend them to all my friends and family.
