Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I purchased a diamondback xsl eliete in 2007 from this shop. I really haven't had alot of time to ride since i bought it due to work. Maybe put around 250-300 miles of x-country riding on this bike. Started riding agian this year only to find a cracked swingarm pivot. I called the shop to see what the price would be to get it fixed. They said it was still under warranty and they would contact diamondback and see about a replacement swingarm. Apparently diamondback does not consider the swingarm part of the frame, therefore it is only warranted for one year and i would have to purchase a new one. After going going round and round with diamondback on the issue they told me they would purchase the part and fix the bike at no charge to me because they could see the bike was almost like new. This really blew me away that they did the right thing and fixed the bike at no charge. It is reassuring that some buisnesses still have great customer service and aren't just trying to make the sale. Customer Service: Top knotch service. Fast ,friendly, and stood behind the customer despite the manufacturer not accepting responsibility for a defective part. Other Comments: I would not hesitate to buy another bike from this shop. Although my next bike won't be from this particular manufacturer.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Went to this shop a few years ago to buy a seat-post for a new build; I brought my frame along to have it sized since I did not know what size it was. The shop told me the size and showed me what posts they had that would work. I settled on an Easton EA50 and went home only to find the post was missing hardware. I took the post back the next say with my receipt and asked for an exchange I was told no returns or exchanges you need to contact the manufacture.
Needless to say I was irked at this point and went home and contacted Easton and sent the post back. This is where the newbie factor kicks in with Bikes Etc So I got my new post and run my bike to a friends house to complete the build when he tells the post is undersized for the frame (Easton sent me back the same sized post I was sold so no error on Easton’s part).
I was so not happy with this shops return policy and mechanical aptitude that I cannot recommend them.
