Shop Summary:
Best Bike Zone was Kman Paso but Steve and Mike bought out their partners and renamed it. My review from before the switch stands (you can see it over on the Kman link), it's a great shop with excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Oh, and they get some really sick deals on stuff!
They've got some cool stuff in the works that the North County riding community is going to really be into, I know I'm excited to see a shop that actually cares about riders North of the Grade and is going to help create out own scene.

Customer Service:
Excellent, from what I saw everyone who walks in the door is treated well. Mechanics are all very well trained and are continually educated on the latest tech. Employees have varied riding backgrounds from roadies to BMX and everything in between. I was in on a busy Saturday morning and there was plenty of staff.

Other Comments:
Just bought a Specialized tire ON SALE from a SLO shop a couple months ago and paid almost double what I just paid from these guys.
