Shop Summary:
LOVE this shop. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful, they seem to have a great time doing it.

A little off the beaten path, this shop has a very different vibe than many others. Driven by a passion for and love of the sport, this crew is committed to developing the mountain bike community and keeping trails open. I have received expert advice every step of the way in my transition from roadie to dirt queen.

Customer Service:
I recently bought my bike here and have to say the service was top notch. The staff at passion was patient and knowledgeable and always took the time to answer my questions and even just help discuss the various options, features, advantages of the different bikes I was considering. There was no pressure, but once I did settle on the bike, I think Charles was more excited about it than I - IF that is possible?

Other Comments:
And the post ride bbqs ROCK!

They also have a monthly ladies ride designed to help women grow and develop their skills without the pressure of testosterone. Seriously -- the ladies only ride is still a kick axx ride, but with a very different feel to it.

Shop Summary:
My first visit at the shop was awesome, they really welcome you. Shop was very organized and very friendly customer service. If you're looking for a high-end bikes, this the place for you.

Customer Service:
I really needed a 1.5 headset cap & bolt and this shop came through. They didn't even charge me for it either. His name is "Barry", Barry you're the man. You made my day, now I can ride this weekend. This shop do some serious bikes, I mean from high end-to-high end. I wish I live little closer to the shop though. Thanks again Barry!

Shop Summary:
I have been going to Passion Trail Bikes pretty much since they opened their doors for business. It is, hands down, the best bike shop around. No one can even begin to compare. PTB has the best in mountain bikes, components, and gear. They have a full array of the hottest bikes on the market (and I mean the ones that really work) and have many bikes available for demo. If you want to know what will be the right bike, bars, crankset, etc. for you, count on these guys to tell you the truth. They will take the time to educate you and get you just the right thing. If you don't find what you need at PTB then (i) they will get it for your, or (ii) it is not worth having.

Customer Service:
The folks at PTB are truly passionate about cycling. They ride the local trails, they build the local trails and they will get you ready to hit the local trails. Oh, and if you want to know about not-so-local trails...just ask. If they don't have first hand knowledge, they'll put you in touch with someone who does. Got a "stupid" question? Don't worry, they'll answer it completely without making you feel foolish. They are friendly, professional, honest and hard-working. They want to do whatever they can to make your biking experience as good as it gets.

Shop Summary:
Passion has redefined what a LBS should be. It's a place with excellent service, excellent product selection as well as gathering place for organized rides and after ride socializing. Their Wednesday rides are a great way to discover the local trail riding and meet other enthusiasts. Or just enjoy some food and beverage after a mid-week ride!

They keep their parts and accessories well stocked so you typically can find what you are looking for and take it home the same day. Last weekend after a run-in with a tree, I needed a shifter repaired and replacement carbon bars. Went home with everything I needed and was back on the trail the next day.

Customer Service:
Always good advice on components. Not many shops will repair your bike while you wait, without an appointment. Went in with a broken barrel adjuster and cable housing last weekend. They fixed the shifter and installed a new cable and housing, while I waited. Back on the trail the next day. Awesome!
