Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I've checked out nearly 10 bike shops in the area and these guys are one of the best. Although the shop is not big, the staff here are honest with their recommendations and they don't try to upsell you.
Customer Service: Where they shine is the excellent service that they provide. Dan and Kiola were 2 the guys who helped me and they are awesome guys that you can talk to. I was also so happy with their service that I referred them to my friend. He came in later and picked up a mountain bike for a killer price that made me jealous. Other Comments: Bottom line is if you want an honest bike shop that provide friendly service at a great price, then you definitely need to check them out!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: If you like small shop feel, mechanics/sales people who ride offroad, this is good place to go. If you want to test ride a bunch of different bikes, they really dont have the selection of a Mikes bikes, Trailhead, etc. Have been going for a few years now, because Nick and his guys always go WAY above and beyond to fix things, almost always same day service.
Customer Service: Took my angry creaky Blur LT in for a new cross link pivot install last week. Keola (sp?) informed me new ownership. As usual, the guys did quality work, and I'm riding squeak free again. They even stayed late on a Friday so that I could ride Saturday morning....Thanks K! Other Comments: I'll keep coming back for the outstanding service and small shop feel. They can improve by carrying more bike inventory, diversifying product offerings/accessories, etc.
Understand they will be representing Spesh again and this could greatly help.
Cupertino has stores catering to road cycling, but there really isnt a top notch off-road shop in my opinion - opportunity is there guys!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The shop takes the same spot as Stan's from many years back. This shop is larger than Stan's used to be, but is on the small side if you are used to going to Performance or even Trailhead.
However, they cram some quality stuff in such a small space.
Some bikes they carry: Specialized/Santa Cruz/Turner/Marin
They carry Industry Nine wheelsets.
They also have a bunch of cool accessories such as clothing and bags/hydration bladders, etc...
Their workshop is clean and well lit. You can hang out at the counter and shoot the shizz with the mechanics, as well as watch a few MTB DVDs on the TV while you wait.
They offer Demo bikes for Specialized and Turner if you are so inclined.
The owner and employees all ride. Customer Service: I can't praise these guys enough. I've been a customer here for a few years, but don't come too often. However whenever I do visit, I've been treated well consistently. They are all super friendly and passionate about riding. What is more important, they really care to help you fix your ride right and get you on the trails happy.
Nick is the owner and has helped me out a few times by going above and beyond when it came to getting my bike fixed. The guys who wrench are also very cool and know their stuff. I overheard a conversation where one mechanic was training a new hire and his advice was sound and very precise.
One other thing...EBS' service rates are VERY reasonable compared to other shops, and you still get quality.
Other Comments: EBS is "that" place you go to when you want that small-town feel and service. It's a place where you get to know everyone and they treat you like friends and family. A great shop to go to. Class act all the way.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Bit of a smallish shop, but they seem to sell good stuff. Not a bunch of junk. Customer Service: Had great service here, had a frame prepped (BB chased/faced, seatpost reamed, headtube reamed/faced) for a good price.
